Availability and orders
Check the selected edition for its availability and included format. Out-of-stock and unreleased editions cannot be purchased. Adding an item to a bag or wishlist does not reserve it, take a payment or create an order.
Music and creative work
Music and artwork remain protected by copyright. A digital edition is not a physical copy and includes only the files stated on its product page. Before payment, an available offer must state its permitted use, delivery arrangements, total price and applicable cancellation or refund conditions.
Physical editions and collections
Vinyl, CD, cassette and other collection choices do not indicate a released product unless the selected edition states that it is available. Physical products require their own confirmed stock, specifications, shipping and returns information.
Seasonal sales and special offers
Each published offer states its eligible editions, start and end dates, discount and exclusions. Open Offer details on a product or visit Offers before ordering. An offer applies only to the stated products and formats during its stated period, subject to availability. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve stock or extend an offer.
Promotion codes and personal offers
Enter a valid code in your bag or secure checkout before payment. Codes may be limited to particular products, customers, currencies, minimum purchase amounts or a stated number of uses. Personal and newsletter codes are subject to their accompanying conditions and are not necessarily transferable. Receiving a code does not subscribe you to further marketing.
Automatic discounts and combinations
An eligible automatic offer is applied at checkout without a code. Unless an offer explicitly says otherwise, only one discount applies to an order. Entering an eligible promotion code replaces, rather than adds to, an automatic offer. Review the final saving and total before paying; a code saved in your bag does not guarantee eligibility.
Prices and offer periods
Discounts apply to the eligible merchandise amount, not additional taxes or delivery charges unless expressly stated. The checkout currency, rounding and final amount are shown before payment. Any advertised previous price or saving must use an accurate reference price; where applicable, this includes the lowest price charged during the legally required prior period. Offers expire at the date, time and time zone stated in their details and do not apply retrospectively unless expressly offered or required by law.
Returns and promotional purchases
Applicable cancellation, refund and other statutory rights remain unchanged by a promotion. Where a refund is due, it is based on the amount actually paid for the returned or affected item, including its allocated discount. Codes have no cash value. Contact Customer care if an offer or charged total appears incorrect; your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Connected brands
Artan Store connects Artan Davoodi’s creative work with the wider ecosystem, including the artist website, Artan Records, Neuroartan and Artan.live. These sites have distinct purposes. A store offer does not apply to another site or service unless its terms expressly say so. Follow the privacy notice and terms of the service you use; visiting a linked brand does not create a shared customer account.
Your account and support
Keep your sign-in details secure. Customer care requests are linked to the signed-in account and can be followed on the Customer care page. A support or refund request does not itself confirm a refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
