Your account
Your email address, authentication information and display name support account registration, sign-in and recovery. Supabase provides account authentication, database and private file storage. Verification and recovery emails are delivered through iCloud Mail from contact@artandavoodi.com.
Your profile includes a contact phone number, which you can update in your account. It is not published to other customers or used for marketing texts. Saving a contact number does not verify ownership of it. Text-message verification is not currently available.
Profile pictures
You can upload an optional profile picture to private account storage. It is not published on product pages or shown to other customers. Access is restricted to your account and authorized service operations. Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG and WebP, up to 2 MB. If you sign in with Google, an available Google profile picture may be displayed instead; loading it contacts Google's image service. Uploaded images replace the previous profile picture at your account's storage location.
Saved addresses
You may save one billing address and one shipping address in your account. Both are optional, private to your account and accessible to authorized service operations. Saving an address does not send it to Stripe or place an order. Digital purchases do not require a shipping address. You can change or remove saved addresses in your account; removal does not alter any separately retained order records.
Visiting the store
Cloudflare hosts the storefront and processes connection information to deliver and protect it. Necessary session storage supports sign-in for the current browser session.
When you add a product to your bag, session storage remembers its product reference for the current browser tab. It does not store payment-card information, reserve stock or confirm a purchase.
Preferences and saved items
If you allow preferences, this browser remembers your appearance for up to 180 days. Your allow or skip choice is also retained to respect it. You can change that choice through Privacy preferences. Skipping does not prevent browsing or sign-in. If you are signed in and allow preferences, appearance also syncs to your account. Withdrawing permission clears the saved appearance from this browser and, while signed in, from your account.
When you request them, wishlists and personal ratings are stored with your account so you can use them across devices. Personal ratings are visible only to you and are not published as customer reviews. Saved items and ratings remain until you remove them or your account is deleted, subject to any applicable legal retention requirement.
Purchase information
Product pages show edition availability. Please do not send payment-card information by email or through account fields. Payment information belongs only in a secure checkout for an available item.
Customer care
Support requests include the topic, subject, message and any order reference you provide. They are linked to your account and visible to you and authorized support operations. Responses and status updates can be read in Customer care. Please do not include passwords or payment-card details.
Your information rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing contact@artandavoodi.com. You may also raise a concern with Croatia's data-protection authority, AZOP.
Purposes and legal bases
Account information is used to provide requested account services, respond to enquiries and protect access. Depending on the activity, processing relies on taking steps at your request, performing the service, legitimate interests in security and correspondence, consent where required, or applicable legal obligations.
Retention and international processing
Information is retained while needed to provide the account or resolve a request, security issue, dispute or legal obligation. Service providers may process information outside your country. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request.
Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction, object to processing, ask for portability or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing account information. Exercising a right does not remove statutory obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Optional Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, Google verifies your identity and supplies basic profile information, including your email address, to the dedicated Artan Store authentication service. This does not give the store access to Gmail messages or Google Drive files. You may use email and password instead. Apple sign-in is not currently offered.
